Product Returns/Exchanges

Casa Di Luce wants you to be a 100% satisfied with your order. If for some reasons you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return the product for the store credit or exchange only within 15 days upon receiving your order. Products that are to be returned should NOT have been used and be in its original packing, receipt included and insured for the full amount.

For your protection, returned packages must be insured for the value of your merchandise. Pack items carefully. Please note that you are responsible for the safe return of the merchandise and for all shipping costs.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Please feel free to contact at sales@casadiluce.ca or dial 1 416 650 9837 if you have any questions about our products so we may answer your questions before ordering.

Prices and Discounts

Discounts cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion. Our "best pricing" policy affords you the greater discount available. We are happy to work with interior designers and decorators, and we can offer special discounts. Please call 1 416 650 9837 for further information.

Cancellations and Changes

If you would like to cancel or make any changes to your order, please contact us within 1-2 days you placed your order at 1-416-650-9837. Many orders ship immediately, so we need to know about any changes as soon as possible.

Damaged Merchandise

We try to make every effort to pack items very carefully so they will arrive at your door safely. Due to the delicate nature of some of the goods breakage does occur. If you receive damaged merchandise we will replace it at our first convenience. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving delivery, and please keep all packing boxes and materials.
